Dear Medium

Stop taking me seriously. I ain’t treating you like my soulmate. Forget about being my soulmate you aren’t even capable of dating someone like me. I come here every day. Write my feelings and switch off the sane button. Many are taking my writings so seriously that they tell me “Marry me, Gurpreet.” I am showing them an attitude like the way I have shown it to you.

Who the hell wants to remarry? I guess people aren’t happy seeing me flourishing as a single woman. It has its pros. Everything in life comes with a cost. But…

True Story

My parents’ maid has stopped coming regularly to work. She has many stories to prove her point. A few weeks ago she said her son was not keeping well. After some more days, she said her health is not good. She suffered from severe fever, cough, and cold.

Yesterday, she came and said her son wasn’t sick but somebody hit him so badly that he got a fracture in his right leg. The doctor has asked her to be with her son as there is no other caretaker for him at her abode. …

Yesterday, I was exploring some great options to build my author’s website.
Luckily, I came across a girl who might turn out to be a publisher for my upcoming book “Kaurageously Yours”. She told me that why do I need others to build my website when I have all the skills to build it on my own.

I asked her to share with me step-to-step guidance and she told me to visit the same website from where she created her business website. I followed her advice and I ended up pleasing myself.

Here is the link to my website:

Corporate culture matters. How management chooses to treat its people impacts everything for better or for worse.– Simon Sinek

Being a woman and living in Asia is a lethal combo. You get to face harassment at every level and to improve the financial conditions for yourself demands a great sacrifice.

If you are single, you have different expenses in terms of paying for the accommodation, buying groceries, bills, and all. And if you are married, your life is going to be hell while maintaining the balance between work and home.

I am someone who has worked in the corporate world…

An Erotic Poem

This is our last night
I wouldn’t be here tomorrow
Would you kiss me so hard?
I want to cherish your taste forever.

This is our last night
I wouldn’t be in your heart anymore
Would you suck my earlobes passionately?
I want to keep that feeling alive in me forever.

This is our last night
I wouldn’t be in your eyes tomorrow
Would you make love to my eyes?
I want to capture your glimpse in my memory.

This is our last night
I wouldn’t be holding your hands tomorrow
Would you touch me where I needed to be…

“Do not go gentle into that good night, but rage, rage, rage against the dying of the light.”

Paroma Sen is a new member in my Interview abode. I happened to ask her to appear for it and she got back to me with so much enthusiasm and love. I am much grateful to her for that.

She writes superb poems and I often end up in witty conversations with her in the comment section. Her profile picture is something that I find equally amusing as it brings a smile to my face.

You will find her writing for various publications including The Lark, Scuzzbucket, Scrittura, Woodworkers of the World Unite, P.S. I love you, and more. …
